"Healing is not linear—it’s a creative process, unique to you. Together, we’ll explore your story with compassion and care."

At Interweave Counseling and Wellness, we create a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space for teens and young adults to explore their stories, process emotions, and reconnect with themselves. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, or life transitions, our approach weaves together creative expression, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practices to support healing and growth. You don’t have to go through this alone—we're here to walk with you every step of the way.

Art Therapy

Art therapy is a powerful, creative approach to healing that uses visual expression—like drawing, painting, or collage—to explore emotions, reduce stress, and support personal insight. You don’t need to be an artist—just open to the process. It’s a gentle, nonverbal way to connect with your inner world, especially when words feel hard to find.

EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a research-backed therapy approach that helps people heal from trauma and distressing life experiences. It works by using guided eye movements or other forms of rhythmic stimulation to help the brain process and release painful memories. For teens, EMDR can be especially helpful in reducing the emotional intensity of past experiences—without needing to talk about every detail. It’s a gentle, structured method that supports healing at your own pace.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a one-on-one space where teens can talk openly, explore who they are, and work through challenges in a safe, supportive environment. Whether you're navigating anxiety, identity questions, trauma, or just feeling overwhelmed, therapy offers a place to be heard—without judgment.

Get to know me!

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC), registered art therapist (ATR), and approved clinical supervisor (ACS) with a deep commitment to supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges.

I chose this career out of a genuine passion for helping others recognize that a better life is possible—especially when we're willing to face the discomfort that often comes with meaningful change. With specialized training in trauma-focused techniques such as EMDR, I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where healing can begin.

My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness. I also bring extended training in eating disorders, substance use, and trauma, allowing me to tailor treatment to the needs of each client. Above all, I believe in resiliency and the power of therapy to guide us toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.
